We have your back, guiding you through every detail so you can relax and embrace the adventure.
Let’s get started
Which Tour is Right for me
To decide which tour, we suggest you think about the following:
• How much time do I want to spend?
• What’s my budget?
• What do I want to see?
• Do I plan on returning, or is this once in a lifetime?

One Day: Louise Island
• Shortest option
• Most affordable tour
• Most affordable tour
• You may leave wanting more
• We visit one Watchman Site

Two Days:
Northern Gwaii Haanas
• Just over $1,000
• Great if your short on time and still want to visit SG̱ang Gwaay
• We aim for two watchmen sites, often visiting three or four. Weather permitting, we’ll try for the hot springs.
• This provides an excellent glimpse of Gwaii Haanas, although it doesn’t feature SG̱ang Gwaay, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Some guests have expressed a desire to have taken the Four-Day tour instead.

Two Days:
Southern Gwaii Haanas
• Just over $1,000
• Great if you just have a weekend to explore
• This trip spends a lot of time on the boat; however, we visit the hot springs and SG̱ang Gwaay, the UNESCO World Heritage site.
• Most people who chose this trip mostly want to see SG̱ang Gwaay and the hot springs, so they are usually satisfied.

Four Days:
Full Gwaii Haanas
• This is the most affordable multi-night full Gwaii Haanas trip available.
• It’s the most efficient way to experience Gwaii Haanas. We frequently explore more sites than other operators who spend 7 days on the water, as they dedicate much of their time travelling on sailboats or slow liveaboards.
• Our goal is to explore all watchman sites and numerous hidden locations rarely visited.
• This trip is considered a “bucketlist” trip and leaves most people fulfilled.
What to expect
on our tours
Get ready for an unforgettable adventure in Haida Gwaii! Our open boats bring you close to nature, so expect to feel the ocean spray or even some rain—it’s all part of the experience. During high season, enjoy long sun-filled days with up to 20 hours of daylight, though an eye mask might be useful for those needing darkness to sleep. The journey can be bumpy, so come well-rested to fully enjoy the adventure.
We cater to most dietary needs but feel free to bring snacks if you’re picky. The beauty of Gwaii Haanas is truly impactful, so take plenty of photos or jot down notes to help reflect on your experience later. For a deeper connection, consider reading up on Haida Gwaii before you go!
How fit do I need to be?
You don’t need to be an athlete, but these wilderness adventures on small open boats have challenges: unpredictable weather, bumpy rides, and rough trails. Here’s the scoop to help you decide if it’s the right fit—or if a day tour might suit you better.
